TLC (Tree Landscape Care) started as a small, family-run tree removal and landscaping business in 1991. With hard work, dedication, and a love for plants, we've grown into a thriving wholesale nursery- but our family values and commitment to quality have never changed. Every plant we grow and sell is a reflection of our passion, and every customer we serve is part of our extended family. Here are some important years in our history in business:

• 1992- We opened our first TLC garden center in Monroe, CT.
• 1994- TLC Garden Center moved to a larger location
• 2002- We purchased 25 acres in Canterbury, CT, laying the foundation for our tree farm.
• 2005- We transitioned to a wholesale nursery, serving the landscape trade exclusively.
• 2007- TLC relocated to its current location at 742 Main St.
• 2012- Our former location transformed into a thriving container-growing operation specializing in perennials and shrubs.
• 2025- We have grown to new heights and we continue growing every day. Our container growing-operation now spans 25 acres, and our tree farm has expanded to over 250 acres.
