By engaging in business with TLC Wholesale Nursery, cutomers agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. These policies are essential to maintaining the quality of our plant material and the efficiency of our operations. We take great pride in our products and the dedication it takes to grown them. We appreciate your respect, cooperation, and business. 

Acceptance of Terms

We accept all forms of payment. Customers paying by credit card must present the physical card in their name at the time of payment. For check payments, a matching photo ID is required at the time of purchase. A $35.00 Check fee will be applied for all returned checks and you will loose the privilege of paying with a check.  All transactions are C.O.D. - No Exceptions. Failure to comply will result in a loss of purchasing privileges. 

Tagging policy 

Please make extra time for tagging. All plant material has to be tagged with a sales person and put into a sales order.  If your plant material is not in a sales order it is considered available. We will hold that material for (5) business days after that if it is not picked up or scheduled for a delivery it is available. NO tagging perennials. Please be respectful.

Guarantee

Once the plant material leaves our premises, we do not offer any guarantees. 

Returns

Returns are accepted within 24 hours of purchase and are subject to a 30% restocking fee. They must be returned in a healthy condition, watered and not taken out of the original container (not planted) otherwise the return will not be accepted. Boxwoods and special order items are non refundable and non returnable. Store credit only. All returned plant material must be tarped.

Delivery 

Delivery fees  are quoted per job and depend on distance and size of truck. We do not provide equipment or the manpower for unloading. You are responsible for having the necessary equipment and manpower on the job site when the truck arrives.

Pricing 

All pricing is subject to change. Pricing is available to qualified wholesale customers only.  

Special Ordering

Some plant material may require special ordering. A 50% deposit is required. Special orders are non refundable. 

Wholesale Qualifications

Due to the organization of our business, we are open to wholesale trade only. We are not open to the public. All landscapers, landscape designers, landscape architects, and other qualifiers must be able to present a Federal Tax ID and a State REG. Number and proof they are in the landscape trade. 

Farm Safety & Visitor Policy

Due to the use of heavy machinery and high traffic, children are not permitted on the premises.

Public visitors must be accompanied by their landscaper, landscape designer and or landscape architect. No exceptions. 

ALL DOGS MUST BE ON A LEASH.
